Mahant 1008 Shri Narresh Purri Ji Maharaj
Mahant Dr. Narresh Purri Ji is full of reverence and devotion. Shri Narresh Purri Ji took Guru Diksha from Brahmalin Mahant 1008 Shri Kishore Puri Ji Maharaj and served Shri Balaji Maharaj Ji for the last 4 decades under the guidance of his Param Pujya Gurudev and continuously participated in other public welfare works with full spirit and dedication.
On the demise of Mahant 1008 Shri Kishore Puri Ji Maharaj, dedicated to the welfare of the people, his successor Mahant Shri 1008 Dr. Narresh Purri Ji Maharaj duly assumed the charge of Shri Balaji Maharaj Trust on 21 August 2021. With the blessings and inspiration of Shri Balaji Maharaj, Mahant Shri Maharaj has been continuously executing many developments works such as service, education, medicine, social upliftment and all-round development of the area.
Special Achievements
The Bharat Gaurav Award, Sant Shiromani Award, Honorary Doctorate conferred on Maharaj Shri for his outstanding service work are a small testimony to his public welfare work. Balaji devotees were proud when the flag of Mehandipur Balaji was hoisted by Maharaj Shri in the British Parliament and there was a mass recitation of Hanuman Chalisa under the leadership of Maharaj Shri. For this, Mehandipur Balaji Dham has been named on the world stage with the records of World Book and Oxford Book. He was also awarded an honorary doctorate degree by the then Education Minister of Rajasthan at the University of Technology, Jaipur.

Ascended Mahant 1008 Sri Sri Kishore Puri Ji Maharaj
In 1965, Brahmalin Mahant 1008 Shri Ganesh Puri Ji Maharaj entrusted the responsibility of managing the temple to Brahmalin Mahant 1008 Shri Kishore Puri Ji.
Mahant Shri 1008 Kishore Puri Ji Maharaj used to guide the devout masses through religious discourses on various occasions. He had a deep knowledge of Dhardarshan and Aadhtam, and was well versed in the Vedas and Puranas. Mahant Shri 1008 Kishore Puri Ji Maharaj believed that everyone should get equal opportunities for education, especially more attention should be paid to the education of girls. Therefore, Maharaj Ji established schools and colleges for girls in rural areas. To make this campaign successful, he also planned hostels, food, uniforms, and books completely free of cost. His contemporary, spiritual, and human-welfare efforts had a good impact. This gave girls a golden opportunity to move forward and develop their abilities. Maharaj Ji has made special contributions in human welfare, especially the welfare of girls and women, education and health care and cultural development.
Pujya Mahant Shri Kishore Puri Ji Maharaj declared disciple Shri Narresh Purri Ji as his successor during his lifetime.
Ascended Mahant 1008 Shri Ganesh Puri Ji Maharaj
Shri Ganesh Puri Ji Maharaj was a very ascetic, accomplished man and a great saint who laid the foundation of the new construction of the temple keeping in mind the needs of the coming times and the facilities of the devotees. Due to the far-sighted thinking of Mahant 1008 Shri Ganesh Puri Ji Maharaj, Shri Balaji Ghata Mehandipur has become a famous temple of India. In 1971, Maharaj ji had organized a recitation of Akhand Ramayana. Generations of Shri Ganesh Puri Ji Maharaj are continuously practicing worships in the temple since ancient times, due to which all the devotees are getting the blessings of Shri Balaji Maharaj. According to the ancestors, Maharaj’s devotion was also amazing. Even when no one was thinking or expecting about the facilities, Shri Ganesh Puri Ji Maharaj used to keep in mind the facilities of the devotees. He emphasized the development of roads, public, and social amenities and started construction.
In his time, Maharaj Ji started a Sanskrit school with the help of the temple, through which many Sanskrit scholars were trained, and they rendered their services in various fields. Today, many educational institutions have been established under the guidance of Maharaj ji. In 1965, Mahant Ganesh Puri Ji Maharaj handed over the responsibility of managing the temple to Mahant 1008 Shri Kishorpuri Ji.
